GENERAL INFO

*We do not accept cash at all, no exceptions. (money order, check, debit/bank card, ect.)

*All rent payments are due on the 1st

*Please post your Apartment #, Phone #, and name on ALL rent checks.

*Pet fees must be paid IN FULL before the pet enters the apartment.

*Rent and utility overages will not be carried over month to month.

*All eviction/late notices will be sent out on the 6th of the month.

*There is a $35 fee on all returned checks.

*Late fees process on the 6th and back date to the 1st at $5/day

*If you utilities are disconnected due to non-payment there will be a $25.00 reconnect fee. The fee is $40.00 after hours.

*IF YOUR PHONE NUMBER CHANGES WE NEED TO KNOW ASAP!
