Applicant(s) must not have:

Convicted drug history for five years, and/or manufacturing/trafficking convictions.

Convicted of violent crime, including but not limited to: domestic violence, assault, murder, attempted murder, etc.

Convicted of other felony’s including sex offenders, burglary, arson, etc.

Receive a bad landlord reference, owes a landlord money, or have prior evictions.

Filed bankruptcy within the last 3 years.

Cannot exceed more than 4 persons total to occupy the unit in a 2 bedroom; 2 people + 1 small child (under 2 years of age) in a 1 bedroom.
Applicant(s) must have:

Must make three times the monthly rent.

Provide truthful, honest references with no negative feedback.

Filled out the application fully and honestly.
